Together Foundation Opens Application Portals for Collegiate Scholarship Programs
Over $10K in scholarship dollars are available through the Together Foundation Community Scholarship and Vince Jacknewitz Scholarship Programs

Saint Louis, MO – On Tuesday, February 1, 2022, Together Credit Union’s Foundation, Together Foundation, will begin accepting applications for its Together Foundation Community Scholarship and Vince Jacknewitz Scholarship Programs.

Together Foundation Community Scholarship Program

The Together Foundation Community Scholarship Program is designed to help offset the costs associated with post-secondary education expenses for students attending a university or college, two-year college, business, or technical/trade school during the fall semester of the 2022-2023 school year.

The Together Foundation Community Scholarship is open to applicants, ages 15 to 23, who live or work in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, and Jefferson County, MO, or live or work in Madison County, IL, and St. Clair County, IL. As part of the application process, applicants are asked to submit an information packet, including an official high school transcript, a letter of acceptance from the college of choice, a letter of recommendation, and a written or video essay. Applications for the Together Foundation Community Scholarship are accepted until Thursday, March 31st.

Vince Jacknewitz Scholarship Program

Together Foundation will also begin accepting applications for its Vince Jacknewitz Scholarship Program. Applicants must be members of the credit union’s Young Adult Financial Group and are asked to submit an application packet, including an official high school transcript, a letter of acceptance from the college of choice, a letter of recommendation, and a written or video essay. Applications for the Vince Jacknewitz Scholarship are accepted until Thursday, March 31st.

Since 1994, Together Foundation, along with Together Credit Union's support, has awarded more than 150 scholarships to college-bound seniors. To date, more than $200,000 in scholarship dollars have been awarded through the scholarship programs.
