Saint Louis, MO. June 21, 2019 – Pamela “Pam” Lambkins, Branch Manager at Together Credit Union in Florissant, has been selected for the St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative’s Fellows Program.

“Pam listens to our Members and has worked to re-engage the community in Florissant. She was instrumental in helping to develop the branch’s financial literacy workshops after learning there was a need for education and resources.  She also has been an asset to her peers, and uses her knowledge and experience to continually develop a culture of engagement within her team,” said Azra Schmidt, Director of Branch Operations.

The St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative, a part of the St. Louis Regional Chamber, assists area companies in building successful diversity and inclusion programs.  The Fellows Program supports this effort by addressing the interests and challenges of professionals of color as they work to develop and advance their careers. It features a holistic approach that creates a safe and stimulating environment for participants to receive valuable feedback, self-reflect on the feedback, acquire effective leadership strategies and build relationships essential to their individual and collective growth. Participants must be nominated and complete an application packet to participate in the St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative’s Fellow Program.

“I was honored to nominate Pam for the St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative Leadership Program, and was very excited to hear the news she was selected as a Fellow. Pam is a dedicated member of our Diversity and Inclusion Council, and will be an asset to the Diversity Initiative Leadership team,” said Pier Alsup, Chief Community Engagement & Social Responsibility Officer.
