CITY SC VISA Credit Card Sweepstakes Enter for a Chance to Win Details  

Eligibility: NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. NON-PURCHASE ENTRIES AND PURCHASE ENTRIES HAVE EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING. This campaign is open to all Together Credit Union members that are 18 years or older, and U.S. residents at the time of entry. Sponsor's employees, board members, officers, and directors, including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win the Prize (defined below). The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, territory, and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohobited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

Agreement to Rules: By particpating, the Contestant ("You") agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Together Credit Union as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted starting at 12:01 AM CST on August 15, 2024. All entries must be received by August 18th, 2024 at 11:59 PM CST.

Entry: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes period. 1) Automatic Entry; and 2) U.S. Mail.

1) All eligible Together Credit Union CITY SC VISA Credit Cardholders as of the beginning of the Entry Period who complete the provided entry form during the applicable entry period will receive one entry in the Promotion for that Entry Period. Automatic Entries will not be awarded for: accounts not in good standing at the time of drawings (at Together Credit Union sole discretion).

2) To enter without purchase or obligation by U.S. Mail: You may enter the Sweepstakes without purchase via U.S. Mail by hand-printing your complete name, postal mailing address, city, state, ZIP code and primary phone number (including area code) along with your email address on a piece of paper, and mail your entry to: Together Credit Union, ATTN: Marketing CITY SC Sweepstakes, 423 Lynch Street, St. Louis, MO 63118. Mail-in entries must be received within one (1) week of postmark date. Only one entry per postmarked and stamped envelope will be accepted. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Entries become the property of Together Credit Union and will not be acknowledged or returned. Illeligible, incomplete or inaccurate entry materials will be disqualified. Entrants are responsible for all third-party-imposed costs and fees, including the ocst of postage. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Participants agree not to hold Together Credit Union, their partners, their employees and/or affiliates responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage-due or illegible entry materials.

Prizes: Winner will receive four (4) center circle banner experience passes, four (4) tickets in the Together Credit Union Club, and one (1) parking pass in the CITY garage for the St. Louis CITY SC match on Sunday, September 1st, 20204 against LA Galaxy. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Together Credit Union. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsbility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Together Credit Union to use Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advetising and trade without further compensation and that you will sign a release, unless prhibited by law.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of elgible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Together Credit Union. Winner will be notified by email on or after August 19, 2024. Together Credit Union shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notification of message or for Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time of notification, the prize may be forfieted and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon complaince with these terms and conditions and any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY WINNER (AT TOGETHER CREDIT UNION'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PROVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Terms & Conditions: Together Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Together Credit Union's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, Together Credit Union may select the Winner from all elgibile entries received prior to and/or after (if approporiate) the action taken by Together Credit Union. Together Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Official Rules. Together Credit Union has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitmate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Together Credit Union reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Together Credit Union and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Campaign; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Campaign or the processing of entries; (v) misuse or misappropriation of your likeness.

Disputes: As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Missouri having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
