Submitting a Letter of Guarantee Request:

To begin, please email all total loss Letter of Guarantee requests to:

Required Documents:

To facilitate completion of the Letter of Guarantee for your claim, please provide the following:

  1. Letter of Guarantee Request
  2. Cause of Loss Letter (or copy of the police report)
  3. Settlement Breakdown
  4. Documentation for Any Prior Damage or Previous Payments to the collateral
  5. Vehicle Evaluation, including:
    1. Date of loss
    2. Mileage
    3. Claim payment amount

 

Important Note: Owner-retain claims (where you keep your vehicle after settlement) are reviewd on a case-by-case basis.
