1/28/2026 - Due to weather conditions, our Cedar Hill, TX branch will open at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 28th. The Member Contact Center will operate with regular hours. We will continue to monitor conditions and will provide updates as necessary to keep our members informed. As a reminder, you can access your account 24/7 through our convenient OnlineAccess and MobileAccess+ options.

Do not give out your card number or any other account information or authentication codes, especially over the phone. If you receive a call asking for personal information, do not share it.
