Special Benefits for Young Members
Helping the next generation build confidence with money is one of our most meaningful goals. Our Earn and Learn Youth Savings Account is designed to grow with young members, giving them hands-on experience with saving, spending and planning for the future.
The best time to start is today. Whether you are a parent, guardian, or a young member taking your first steps towards financial independence, we're here to guide you every step of the way.
Getting Started with Membership
Your first step is to open a member account in the young person’s name. Like any Together Credit Union membership, this starts with just a $5 opening deposit in a Earn and Learn Youth Savings Account, available exclusively to members under the age of 18.
For members under age 16, the savings account can be set up as a standard joint account with an adult joint owner, or as a trust account. See our Frequently Asked Questions below for more information on our youth accounts.
