Fraud Alerts
Our fraud tools monitor your account activity 24/7. If any suspicious activity or compromised cards are detected, you’ll be alerted immediately. These alerts come to you via text or phone call—calls display as 800-238-8604 and texts are sent from 99350.
Transaction & Account Information Alerts
These alerts are different from Fraud Alerts.
Transaction Alerts notify you via text or email when specific transactions occur, such as high-value charges, international purchases, gas station authorizations, or even when your card is declined.
Account Information Alerts keep you updated on your financial status by alerting you if your available credit drops below a certain amount, if a payment is coming due, or if no payments were received. These alerts are sent from 78341.
